I'm an operator first. My career has been spent inside real businesses, owning the numbers, building the teams, and putting in the systems that let a company grow without breaking.

AroWise is that discipline turned into a product for other companies. Yongo Valley Ventures is that same discipline applied to owning one company myself, for the long term.
